Tom Petters entered the courtroom
wearing a charcoal suit. He appears very pale, he has dark circles around his
eyes. He smiled and chatted with his attorneys before jury slection started.
One perspective juror has been dismissed because she lives in New Prague and
won't drive in the "cities." She wanted the court to provide
transportation from Burnsville.
