October Rain

I am not going to go overboard here while talking about a rain event here in New England...sometimes people go too far making an ordinary rain storm sound like the end of the world. So we have an ordinary rain storm moving north along the coast and it will bring brisk northeast winds and light to moderate rains...just like Barry said below! The forecast remains the same with clearing Thursday and 60 or so on Friday. Stong south to southwesterly winds on Saturday should boost temperatures well into the 60s and even the lower 70s....there may be a wind advisory issued for Saturday with gusts to 40 mph possible.

As Barry also said the GFS computer model is trying to paint another rain storm along the coast and into New Egnland later in the weekend...so Sunday is still uncertain... we'll have to see what the 18Z and 00Z model runs bring us!
