Our morning meeting started with a few folks running late and everyone moaning about the traffic. I drive 12 miles and in the height of rush hour it takes an hour. A good runner could make better time. So what is the deal with traffic? Labor Day ends and everyone heads back to work, and I mean everyone. Does it seem that traffic is worse this year than last? Why do you think? Is it all the construction going on? Is it the lower price on gas? Is it layoffs over the last 12 months have decimated the whole notion of carpooling? Whatever it is, the roads are more congested and the wait times are unreal.
How’s your commute, and where are you finding the worst back ups?
