Mostly Dry

Posted by: Mike Fairbourne

Congratulations, hardy Minnesotans! You made it through the fifth wettest and the fourth coldest October on record. We ended up with 5.57 inches of rain. That will be good for the trees.

We will enjoy a bit of a respite Sunday as the temperature soars to the mid-50s, with quite a bit of sunshine. Right now it appears that much of the week ahead will be dry, except for Wednesday.

Our average high slides into the upper 40s this week, and that's close to where we will be. At least we will start November with normal weather.
