One Wet Month

Yes, we will end up in the top 10 for wettest Octobers on record. Yes, we will wrap up this October as one of the coldest on record. And yes, our 2.8 inches of snow cracks the top 10 snowiest.

Halloween will be dry. It will be cooler with a high around 45. The wind will settle down just in time for the trick-or-treaters. Happy Halloween!
