by: Chris ShafferThursday will be remembered as a wet and
windy day. Some parts of the state could see 1/2 to 3/4 inch of rain. Be happy
it remains liquid. Snow could stack up as close as North Dakota into Friday.
This
system will clear the area by Halloween. However, cooler air will be riding
strong winds Friday with a high of 47. Halloween looks to be dry this year, but
it will be cool and breezy.
Enjoy your extra hour of sleep
Saturday night as Daylight Saving Time ends at 2 am Sunday (fall back). It
stays cool Sunday and not as windy.
