When Is Workplace Sex OK?

Tonight's Good Question is about sex in the workplace.  Well, not in the workplace.  Sex with co-workers.  The David Letterman scandal is about Dave being allegedly blackmailed, but it's also about the ethics and legality of workplace romance.

There's so much going on: the power factor of sex with a boss, the possible promotion of the boss' boyfriend/girlfriend, the lack of promotion of the rest of us, and what happens when you break up and have to go back to work.

Have you ever had a relationship with a coworker?  How'd that work out?  What about working somewhere with coworkers who are involved?  Is it best to avoid dipping your pen in the company ink?
