Should Companies Drop Phelps As A Rep?

Michael Phelps admits it was a bad move to smoke a bong.  A picture published in a British newspaper on Sunday showed the Olympic swimming champ inhaling.  The photograph was taken in November, during a house party Phelps was at the University of South Carolina.  Phelps won a record eight gold medals at the Beijing Olympics.  The photo is unlikely to affect his swimming eligibility, but it could affect the millions of dollars he has secured in endorsement deals. Phelps is a spokesman for Kellogg's, Mazda, Visa, AT&T and Subway, among others.  Phelps's agent believes the swimming star could earn more than $100 million over his lifetime.

So -- should Phelps be punished for his poor judgment? Should companies drop him as a rep?
