Amid the planned demostrations this afternoon, many offices in downtown St. Paul are letting employees out early.
The state patrol said they’ve closed
the High Bridge in St.
Paul for security reasons. They shut it down earlier today and investigators don't know how long it will be
closed.
According to people on the scene it's currently being blocked off by
trucks and barricades.
