Unrest

Police dressed in riot gear are still trying to control a small number of protesters in downtown St. Paul.  Near Robert Street and Seventh, we saw officers fire pepper spray into a crowd of about 50 people as the crowd continued to move to the east.

Near Seventh and Jackson, we saw several people under arrest, in cuffs, on the ground.
