A quick note as we sit and watch the League Championship Series unfold.
One of the fun things about my job is that in traveling to different cities is that you meet and work with some freally good people. When I was in LA/Anaheim, I once again worked with a talented guy named Rodney Hunt from KCBS/KCAL TV. Him and I had a heated debate...."position-by-position"...on which team was better...the Sox or the Angels. I won the debate(I think it came to 7-4-1, including manager, bench, bullpen, etc).
However, the Sox lost the series and thus I told him I would give him a "He was right..." type of shout out on my blog.
So here you go Rodney.....YOU WON!!!!!!!!!! You told me the Angels would win and they did. Torii Hunter led a fired up Angels team to victory...just like you predicted.
PS: He really is a good man. :)
