In the afternoon hours of Oct. 30, assets were deployed to the vicinity of H Street, where a female subject in a clown suit was verbally abusing subjects at Planned Parenthood because they were not wearing Halloween costumes.

The offending party was also observed yelling at her juvenile subject, a 2-year-old male, who was dressed in a lion costume.

Informative, entertaining, endlessly puzzling.
