Quick Vid: SF Sudden Afternoon Downpour

Bryant Street is flooded, and you don't feel so dry yourself.

UPDATE, 3:58 p.m.: What we have here, ladies and gentlemen, is an infrastructure failure. This video of flooding and a man hole giving way was shot this afternoon at Powell and Francisco, and it is alarming! People are running from the flooding.

UPDATE, 4:53 p.m.: The Van Ness station is flooded, and its creating a spectacular stairway waterfall. Watch here.

UPDATE, 5:32 p.m.: Mission Mission has footage of another manhole that could not hold, this time at 18th and Shotwell.
